SIMPKINS  PUBLIC  SCHOOL  AT  A  GLANCE

Simpkins Public School was  founded  in 1992. Ours is co-educational institution primarily started for the education of the Children. Other children are also admitted without any consideration of caste, creed, and status. It pays special attention to the formation of character with sound moral principles. It aims at the over all personality development of the students.

The Simpkins Public School was  meant  to   provide  the   youth    country   with  an  opportunity  to  get  an  all  round  education  based  on  an  adaptation  of  the  English  Public  school system  on  India’s  tradition  - enriched  soil  it  is  recognized  by  M.P.   Board  of  Secondary  Education  Bhopal.  In  the  journey  encompassing  25+  Years Simpkins  have  made  their  presence  felt  in  every  sphere, The  foundation  for  excellence  in  these  spheres  are  aid  early  on.  As  the  children  are  made  to  tread  the  well laid  out paths  which simultaneously  provide  exposure and experiences essential   for  holistic  development  of  their  perpetuities .  As  the  toddlers make  their  first  move  from the   comfortable   environment  of home  and entering home away from home  wherein  they  learn  to  be  self  dependent.

The  aims  and  objectives  followed  by  the  school  are:

TERMS:

The Academic  year   is  divided  into two  terms  - Diwali  Term  (July  to  November)  and  Holi  Term (  January  to April)  These  are  interspersed  with  summer  and  winter  holidays  .The  school  conducts two  formal  examination  i.e. Half  Yearly Exams and  Annual Exams.  In  between of exams we conduct class  test and unit tests  for  a  continuous   academic  monitoring  and  assessment of the  students.

The  academics  in  Simpkins  Public  School   are  designed  such  as  to  create  tomorrow’s  global  citizens.  With  the blending  of  the  traditional   chalk  &  talk   method  and  latest  technology,  we  impart   education  to  children  which  emphasizes  not  upon  what  to  learn  how  but  to  learn.

With  the  play-  way,  Montessori  Phonics  and  theme  based  method  of  teaching  in  pre-primary  we  move  on to   the  interdisciplinary  approach  and  MP Board  based   curriculum  from Primary to Senior Secondary Classes.

The  school  starts form  class  Nursery  and   a  student   is  prepared  for  the  Senior  School  Certificate  Examination  under  10+2 pattern  of  the  Madhya  Pradesh  Board  of  Secondary Education, Bhopal

Audio  Visual  Lab  ensure  that  the  teaching  learning  process is  interactive  and  full  of  fun.  A  well  equipped   library  &  resource  center  Math’s  lab  science  lab  &  computer  lab  are  used  to  support   classroom   teaching.

Multifarious  activities  like  singing, dancing, dramatic  role  play  show  &  tell  enhance  the  integrated growth  &  development  of  a  child’ s  physical,  cognitive,  linguistic,  social,  emotional  &  creative  aspects  that  go  in to building  a  well  balanced  personality.
